The most dirtiest and inhuman business practice I came to know from my personal experience is:-
I knew a guy, who was a shopkeeper nearby my locality, he also claims to be an ayurvedic medicinal practitioner who got this knowledge inherited from his father. He does not hold any sort of certification to prove his claim.
Twice in a year, he visits rural areas of UP(Utter Pradesh) and Bihar along with some of his colleagues. They all are non-certified Ayurvedic Medical Practitioner.

Now for your knowledge, these medical practitioner chooses these areas very carefully with the help of their local friends who are paid by them.
What do they do over there?
People from these rural and backward areas usually move to other states (Haryana and Punjab) in search of work during paddy and wheat harvesting and cultivation seasons. After the work is finished they return to their respective homes with a little sum of money which they use till the next season of work.
Now this is the appropriate time for these fake medical practitioner to visit these places when these people just arrived at their houses. As a result of continuous hard labor work, most of them get sick or become vulnerable and weak.
What these fake medical practitioner does, they go to these selective places, stay with them as their guest and sell them some sort of powder, folded in a piece of paper.
What does this powder contains?1
1:- Easily available pills at chemists at very cheap price
2:- Dangerous steroid like dianabol and other cheap stuff
3:- Flavoring agents for different disease.
4:- A small piece of paper to wrap, usually ripped from a newspaper
What is the cost of this Pudiya ( A tiny Parcel) ?
= 30 Rupees
How much they sell it for?
= 300/350 No bargaining
Who are their customers?
=People like him.
These fake medical practitioners hardly stay in these areas for 7/8 days. They make good amount of money and return to their states.
It is a whole gang of people who have divided such areas, with mutual understanding, they target the areas, locals plays a very important role in helping them, and they pay some amount to the locals.
